Portable Weight Scales

Four portable weight scales were purchased to aid the Truck Enforcement Unit to effectively and efficiently weight vehicles on the scene of a vehicle stop or inspection.

Purchase of the scales allowed the unit to enforce potentially deadly violations, with limited impact on efficiency, by allowing the weight to be taken in the field, rather than at a single location or facility.
