Robert "Bob" Beauchamp is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of BMC Software (NASDAQ: BMC), a leading global enterprise management solutions company.

Joining the company in 1988 as a sales executive, Beauchamp rose rapidly, serving in key leadership positions in research and development, strategic marketing and corporate development. Named to lead BMC in 2001, Beauchamp led the company's highly successful transformation from a mainframe tools vendor to one that delivers the industry's most strategic enterprise management and automation solutions, enabling customers to automate their IT and prove its business value. For the four fiscal quarters ended December 31, 2009, BMC revenue was a record $1.90 billion.

Beauchamp currently serves on the boards of National Oilwell Varco, Memorial-Hermann Healthcare System, Baylor University, and the Houston Police Foundation. He serves in a number of prominent industry and civic organizations.

Beauchamp holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science degree in management from Houston Baptist University.

The Houston Police Foundation Second Annual ‘True Blue Gala’ was held October 17, 2009 at the home of Police Foundation Chairman Tilman Fertitta. The 500 guests were treated to lavish food from the Landry’s Restaurant empire and were invited to participate in several interactive displays which included the Shoot-Don’t Shoot Simulator, the Taser display, and the DWI (BAT) Van. Chief Harold Hurtt and Hollywood’s G.W. Bailey, who stars in The Closer (and was the captain in the Police Academy movies), oversaw a mock hostage situation in which KTRK-TV’s Wayne Dolcefino (who had ‘intruded’ into the festivities with a ‘cameraman’) and Sunny 99.1’s Dana Tyson were taken hostage by a group called Crustacean Nation. SWAT along with Air Support saved the day when the members of Crustacean Nation finally surrendered amidst a shoot out which concluded with SWAT officers rappelling down the side of the home and saving Dana...

James A. Elkins was born in Houston, Texas. He received his B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and his M.B.A in Finance from the University of Texas.

Currently Mr. Elkins is Chairman of the Houston Trust Company. He has previously worked with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company and First City National Bank of Houston.

Mr. Elkins is active in many professional, civic, and philanthropic organizations. He has been or is currently involved with the Texas Bankers Association, Texas Business Hall of Fame, Robert Morris Associates, Louisiana Bankers Association, Independent Bankers Association of Texas and American Bankers Association. Mr. Elkins is currently an Advisory Director for the Baylor College of Medicine, on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Houston, on the Board of Trustees and President’s Council for the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Board of Directors for the Houston Parks Board. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Houston Zoo, the Board of Directors for Methodist Hospital. He is involved with the Retina Research Foundation, St. John’s School, Salvation Army, Texas Children’s Hospital, Trees for Houston, and the University of Texas-Health Sciences Center. Friday, June 12, 2009 The 2009 HPD Moonlight Classic was a great success with over 1,000 riders participating. We would like to thank our volunteers and sponsors for their generous time and donations. The Second Annual Houston Police Foundation Moonlight Classic Bike Ride took place on Friday, June 12th, along a closed route of Memorial Drive between Bagby and Shepherd Drive. The five mile route was traffic free for the event with many of the officers donating their time to the event so that the riders could have a safe route to ride. The event kicked off with a children’s ride at 9:00 p.m. and at 10:00 p.m. all the adults took to the course....

Gary Becker is a native Houstonian, and currently resides in The Woodlands. He is married to Susan and they have two children, Morgan and Haley. After leaving PACE Entertainment, the company founded by his father, and where he worked for over 25 years, Gary has been spending most of his time managing personal investments, working with the Family Investment Business and managing the Becker Family Foundation.

He stills produces several events in Las Vegas and overseas a new arena racing property called Arena Racing USA.

Gary has dedicated most of his philanthropic activities to Houston Children’s Charity, which he has been president for six of the twelve years of its existence. Houston Children’s Charity prides itself in providing critical support to children and families in the Houston area who would normally fall through the cracks of any other support. Gary also supports Children Safe Harbor in Montgomery County with financial contributions and producing an annual fundraiser event. Children Safe harbor is an organization dedicated to supporting the children of Montgomery County who have been victims of physical and/or sexual abuse.
